V3.0.0 b257 EXP Update

Hey Survivors!
Today we have an update to the EXP version which addresses some of your feedback and plenty of other fixes!
Here is how you participate:
1. Right click on the game in steam
2. Click on properties
3. Click the “Game Versions & Betas” tab
4. The drop down menu will have latest_experimental available <— you want THAT
5. Select that and wait for the game to download

- A setting that allows a limit on in-game FPS
- Zombies have a chance to land hard and take regular and unclamped damage from a fall
- Localization for uiLoadDownloadingSigns game loading text
- IsDayNumber buff requirement
- Book Abundance Sandbox Option
- Localization for working clocks and calendars
- Name Only option for Show Location Info

- Updated stun baton to not ragdoll zombies when Nerd Tats buff is active and not using a repulsor mod
- Fixed close SFX when looting an air supply

- Reworked several loot lists to allow books/schematics to be separate from magazines
- Reworked Cigar mod to prevent stacking issues with other perks and items
- Updated tags on wild and planted crops to support the Crop Yield Sandbox Option
- Bone Knife, Pipe Baton, Stone Spear, Stone Sledgehammer, and Knuckle Wraps are now available for the Limited Backpack Sandbox Option
- Replaced broken workstations for the helper versions to work better with Sandbox Options
- Updated trader inventories to include Radiated Mushrooms for some Sandbox Options
- Quest/Challenge message popups UI is not updated
- Duke Note message and buff will be removed on Day 2 if not read or Level 2 reached
- Duke Note message and buff not shown if XP Multiplier Sandbox Option is set to None
- Updated tags for lot_industrial_14
- Removed Entity Penetration Count from Shotgun Shells
- Updated a few loot lists to include a rare chance for candies

- Changing ammo type mid-reload plays broken reload animation
- PS5: Server Browser List can cause "Rate limit exceeded" TRC check warning
- Unable to undo "replace paint" action in prefab editor
- Cannot zoom in close on borders of Navezgane map
- An issue that could duplicate items in vehicle inventories
- Rally markers may not show for other players
- Combining armor that has a Treasure Hunter mod installed will delete all mods and mod slots on the combined armor
- Animal and zombie falling was not causing damage or stumble or ragdoll and less destroy area
- Animal and zombie heads not looking at the target and having a large performance cost
- Player takes no fall damage with Jump Strength sandbox option None
- Jumping consumes stamina with Jump Strength sandbox option None
- Jump Strength sandbox setting has inconsistent heights before taking fall damage
- Crouch running is affected by the walk speed Sandbox Option
- Sandbox Options Stamina Usage does not affect some actions
- Crafting free items with materials set under 100 percent in Sandbox Options
- Sandbox Loot abundance categories set to values other than 0% or 100% were not handling fractional counts accurately
- Sandbox loot abundance category settings below 100% often generated nothing for small count items or less than it should for higher counts
- Sandbox Option Loot bag Chance is not affected by non player kills
- Disabling compass also disables date/time display
- Sandbox Options Lose On Death not showing number of items you'll lose on Death Loss Count if left at default
- XP Multiplier 0 should not show XP bar, "Show XP" setting or allow XP Deficit
- Sandbox Options are not always localized
- Issue when using BM Closed trader hours
- Crop Yield set below 100% can result result in empty loot rolls
- Level Stats Bonus Sandbox Option Off still affects Hunger / Thirst
- Army_camp_09 fixed sleeper quantities for T4, added infested quest support
- Army_camp_09 wrong group IDS
- Incorrect sleeper block in tile rwg_tile_industrial_t_03

- No way to cancel looting untouched entity loot containers

- Trader General Stock text not vertically centered
- Trader Hours "BM Closed" closes trader during morning of Blood Moon Day
- Cave_18 fixed blocks in water causing player to break legs on impact, flattened cave walls to prevent players impacting sides when not jumping as intended
- Multiple saves or worlds can be deleted when using controller and only trying to delete one
- Wall Clock and Calendar information needs localization
- W for craft is not functioning
- Typo in Russian translation for the Undead Damage stat on the Preacher Gloves
