• Fixed the competitive mode perk pool not actually reducing perks.
• Fixed artifacts rarely not recharging.
• Fixed a bug which would prevent the Mother achievement from activating.
• Sister Grubs should no longer leap to their untimely demise in Interlude: Symbiosis
• Fixed two instances of being forced to look at Mother after she gets enraged but cannot kill you.
• Fixed Rapier being missing from endless Abyss' starting pool.
