Fixed Tung Tung Tung Sahur not being able to deal damage outside of his attack range

Reduced the range that Tung Tung Tung Sahur will cancel his attack at to 7 meters (-1)

Decreased stamina regeneration speed while moving to 7.5 (-2.5)

Increased time required for idle stamina regeneration to 3 seconds (+1)

Increased idle stamina regeneration speed to 25 (+5)

Increased idle + crouched stamina regeneration speed to 50 (+10)

Fixed the medkit in the temple being unobtainable
