Greetings, Descendants.

Here are the major issues that were found for The First Descendant in July.

We will continually update this notice with any additional issues and bugs that are found, as well as any impactful issues identified before June. Please keep track of the updates during your gameplay.

[July 15th]

■ (#2) An issue where the Onslaught Mode entry UI does not display the guaranteed option information for the Ancestors Module Weekly Bonus

• Please note that this is a display issue only occurring on the UI, and the guaranteed option tier function is operating normally.
• This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the 1.3.35 Patch.

■ (#1) An issue where changing presets within the operations area after completing a mission causes a move to Albion

■ An issue where progress counts do not accumulate on the UI when proceeding with additional missions after achieving 100% Personal Contribution in 'Assemble Event I'

• We have identified an issue where progress counts do not accumulate on the event UI if you proceed with additional World Co-op Goals after achieving 100% Personal Contribution in 'Assemble Event I'
• Under normal specifications, progress counts should accumulate when proceeding with additional World Co-op Goals after achieving 100% Personal Contribution.
• Please note that this is a display issue only occurring on the UI, and your actual progress is being normally reflected in World Completion.
• This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the 1.3.35 Patch.

■ An issue where two mission icons are displayed when setting a Mission as a Waypoint on the map- We have identified an issue where two mission icons are displayed when setting a Mission as a Waypoint on the map.

**■ An issue where the 'Dice' item is being sold in the 2nd Anniversary Token Shop **- We have identified an issue where the 'Dice' item is still being sold in the 2nd Anniversary Token Shop despite the end of the '[2nd Anniversary] BB-On's Dice Run' event

• Please note that as the event has ended, you cannot purchase this item from the 2nd Anniversary Token Shop. ■ An issue where some challenge names in the Event Task 'Descendant Firepower Checkpoint Mission' are incorrectly applied- We have identified an issue where the names of sub-challenges under the 'Descendant Firepower Checkpoint Mission' are incorrectly applied.
• Please note that this is only a text display issue, and you can still proceed with the missions normally.
• The incorrect challenge names are scheduled to be fixed in the 1.3.35 Patch.**■ An issue where the intro cutscene for Void Intercept Battle: Extreme 'Frost Walker' does not play properly before the battle starts - We have identified an issue where the cutscene temporarily does not play after Frost Walker appears in the Void Intercept Battle: Extreme and before the battle starts.■ An issue where Void Intercept Battle: Extreme 'Frost Walker' does not face the Descendant after using certain skills - This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the 1.3.35 Patch.■ An issue where the Cooldown Decrease effect for all Descendant skills is not applied to the 'Gravitic Order' skill of Nell's Transcendent Module 'Restored Heart' **- We have identified an issue where the 60% Cooldown Decrease effect for all Descendant skills is not applied to the 'Gravitic Order' skill when Nell's Transcendent Module 'Restored Heart' is equipped.
• This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the 1.3.35 Patch. After the fix, the cooldown of the 'Gravitic Order' skill will be adjusted from 40 seconds to 16 seconds. ■ An issue where certain phrases are missing from the tooltips of some of Serena's skills in languages other than Korean- We have identified an issue where the phrase "Cannot be obtained by methods other than skill effects." is missing from the skill tooltip of 'Law of the Battlefield' when the Transcendent Module 'Battlefield Nun' is equipped.
• We have identified an issue where the phrase explaining "Cannot be obtained by methods other than skill effects" is missing from the skill tooltip of 'Holy Fire' when the Transcendent Module 'Archangel' is equipped. ■ An issue where the game intermittently crashes when repeatedly opening and closing the Event UI- This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the 1.3.35 Patch. ■ An issue where the screen is displayed abnormally bright when clicking the 'Awesome Burger Bundle' after entering the Shop in Albion- This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the 1.3.35 Patch.**### [Previous Known Issues]■ Intel CPU Issue**- Crashes have been reported on some Intel 13th and 14th generation CPUs.
• On PCs using these CPUs, the game may forcefully shut down with an error message stating 'Out of video memory' when launched.

This issue can be partially resolved by adjusting power limits in the BIOS.

• We are awaiting a response from Intel regarding this issue, and we are sharing Intel's official response for your reference. ■ Temporary solutions for client termination issues with certain antivirus Programs- We have requested for exceptions for The First Descendant to antivirus programs, but some have not been implemented. Below are temporary solutions for this problem. **(1) ‘Bitdefender’ Temporary Solution [https://www.bitdefenderkorea.co.kr/support/faq.asp?category=6"">FAQ] - Go to System Protection > Advanced Threat Detection (ATD) > Manage Exclusions menu, select the file or folder for The First Descendant, and save.(2) ‘McAfee Agent’ Temporary Solution [https://www.mcafee.com/support/"">FAQ] - Go to McAfee Security > Navigation > Quarantined and Trusted Items, select TheFirstDescendant.exe from the quarantined programs list, and restore it.■ Solutions for ‘Easy Anti-Cheat’ not functioning correctly**
