Fair Play Update!

Hey all!

We want to address some concerns in the community regarding the usage of Unauthorized Programs, Macros and other 3rd-party tools.

We are aware of the situation and I can assure you that Game Masters and Bot Hunters are doing an incredible job. You might think we aren't doing anything against these accounts but we do, we just haven't post it!

We decided to share with you some information about this *almost* one month since SpiritVale release. To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players, we have removed 4,992 accounts found violating our rules between July 15th until today.

Use of Unauthorized Programs and Macros

A total of 3,821 accounts has been permanently banned.

Real Money Trading (RMT)

A total of 1,106 accounts has been permanently banned.

Rules of Conduct

A total of 65 accounts has been banned.
