0.30.3 Small Hotfix

Hi! Mostly focused on optimisation this patch. Also got more servers!

• Fix: Party issues
• Fix: Random lag spikes every 5-20s (let me know if its still happening)
• Fix: Loot filter not working
• Feature: You can now search the map name in Party Search
• Optimisation around monsters on maps, which was causing rubberbanding
• More servers for NA/EU/SEA (will look into SA and OCE next): more servers = less monsters per server = less rubberbanding
