Initial feedback bug fixes

Thank you for the initial feedback ! So far, I have fixed these 2 issues:

1. Fixed the controller support issue for vehicles, now it works fine. Use left thumbstick for driving/steering the boat and the balloon. Use RB to go high and LB to go low with the balloon.
2. Made the boat less "slippery" when steering, for better handling.

For the Pih 1 fans that want the old narrator option, I am trying to figure out if that's possible and will announce it once I have something.

Some people asked about the insane mode in Pih 2 having checkpoints. This is on purpose. But it can easily be changed. Please let me know in the comments below if you would want that, and if the majority of players want it, I will implement it.
