Patch 1.0.2

Thanks to everyone for playing Mr. President and giving feedback this weekend!

We've released a couple hotfixes in the last couple days to address the following issues:

• Fixed a crash on Macs occurring in the Legislative Segment
• US-Taliban war now correctly starts at the beginning of games at 'Normal' difficulty
• Fixed some typos in the game's initial walkthrough
