Q: How much does the game cost?
A: The Standard Edition is priced at $24.99, while the Deluxe Edition is available for $39.99. If you want, you can grab the Standard Edition first and upgrade to the Deluxe Edition at any time later for $15.00.
Q: What's included in the Deluxe Edition?
A: The Deluxe Edition comes packed with a slate of exclusive rewards and a ton of Fate Coins (which are strictly used for purchasing in-game cosmetics):
Q: Is there a launch discount?
A: Yes! From July 30, 2026, at 01:00 to August 12, 2026, at 17:00 (UTC+0), we'll be running a 10% introductory discount for about 14 days!
Q: Can I pre-download the game?
A: No, there won't be a pre-download available. You'll be able to download the game as soon as it officially launches.
Q: Does the game support cross-platform matchmaking?
A: Yes, it does.
Q: Is there controller support?
A: Yes, we support both PS5 and Xbox controllers.
Q: Does the game support Steam Family Sharing?
A: Yes, it does. However, to maintain a fair gaming environment, if a shared account is caught cheating, both the borrower and the lender's accounts will be permanently banned. Please keep your account secure.
Q: What regional servers will be available?
A: We are currently deploying server locations across 5 countries: China, the United States, Germany, Singapore, and Brazil.

Q: Which languages are supported?
A: Simplified Chinese, English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Russian, Portuguese, German, and French.
Q: Are there any regional restrictions?
A: We are very sorry, but due to compliance requirements, store accounts registered in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will download the North American build by default and will only be able to access the North American servers (located in the US).
