Brazil Digital ECA Update
In compliance with Brazil’s Digital ECA, we will be implementing measures that restrict certain in-game features for players in Brazil.
These restrictions are a temporary measure while we work on an age verification system that will allow eligible players to verify their age and regain access to these features.
Below is a timeline of the measures that have been implemented as part of this change.

Social Feature Block
Starting with the v.270 update on July 22, 2026 (after maintenance), the following social features will be unavailable for players in Brazil who have indicated they are under the age of 18:
- Sending and viewing messages in the Chat Window or Maple Chat, even if a chat filter is applied
- Chat Emoticons
- Trade Chat
- Voice Chat
- Sending and viewing messages included with Cash item gifts
- Viewing messages displayed through items with an Atmospheric Effect
- Sending and viewing Megaphone messages
- Guild Bulletin and Guild Application messages
- Party Recruitment UI
- Linking a Discord account
- Viewing or adding custom chair messages
These restrictions are a temporary measure while we continue working on an age verification system and we will provide further updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Brazil Digital ECA Update
In compliance with Brazil’s Digital ECA, we have implemented measures that will prevent players in Brazil from purchasing in-game loot boxes.
Starting with the v.268 update on April 22, 2026 (after maintenance) players who access the game from Brazil will no longer be able to purchase the following items:
- All items with an element of chance including circulators, cubes, coupons and boxes with probability, Gachapon items, and scrolls. These items will no longer be visible to you within the Cash Shop and items obtained prior to the change can still be used.
- Marvel Machine: Marvels or Double Marvels.
We apologize for any inconvenience this causes for our Brazilian players.
This is a temporary measure implemented while we continue our efforts to comply with Brazil’s legal requirements. Our legal review and related response measures remain ongoing, and we are working to strengthen the age verification process for players in Brazil. Once complete, we will share a further update and implement any additional measures.

Em conformidade com a Lei do ECA Digital do Brasil, implementamos medidas que impedirão jogadores no Brasil de comprar caixas de espólios no jogo.
A partir da atualização v.268 em 22 de abril de 2026 (após a manutenção), os jogadores que acessarem o jogo no Brasil não poderão mais comprar os seguintes itens:
- Todos os itens com algum elemento de sorte, incluindo circuladores, cubos, selos, cupons e caixas com probabilidades, itens de Gachapon e pergaminhos. Esses itens não estarão mais disponíveis para você na Loja de Dinheiro, mas itens obtidos antes da mudança ainda poderão ser usados.
- Giros de Marvel Machine ou Double Marvel.
Sentimos muito por quaisquer inconvenientes que as novas diretrizes causem aos jogadores brasileiros.
Esta é uma medida temporária implementada enquanto continuamos trabalhando para cumprir as exigências legais do Brasil. Nossa análise jurídica e as medidas de resposta relacionadas continuam em andamento, e estamos nos esforçando para aprimorar o processo de verificação de idade para jogadores no Brasil. Assim que o processo for concluído, compartilharemos outra atualização e implementaremos quaisquer medidas adicionais.
