First Tip: Aiming

Provides the strongest degree of aim assistance. It allows you to acquire targets quickly and transition naturally from one enemy to the next, making it ideal for those who prefer to move through combat without ever breaking their flow.

Free Aim

Allows you to adjust the strength of the aim assistance yourself. Raise the value to acquire enemies more easily, or lower it to make your attacks follow your intended direction more faithfully.

Turn the assistance all the way down, and you may conduct the entire party with nothing but your instincts and the touch of your fingertips.

Which option is superior, you ask?

Much like a fine drink, there is no single correct answer when it comes to aiming.

Sample the available settings for yourself and select the one that best complements your particular combat palate.

Second Tip: The Quantum Knife

Some of you have already awakened to its finer qualities. Others, however, still appear to be having some difficulty handling it.

Yes, I admit it. The manufacturer’s manual—and the tutorial, for that matter—left rather a lot to be desired.

Many of you seem to regard the Quantum Knife as little more than an automatically aimed weapon. Used in that manner alone, however, it cannot reveal its full character.

The Quantum Knife’s other defining quality is simultaneity.

The communication interface linked to your nervous system transmits an attack signal to the Quantum Knife at the precise moment you command it.
