DX12 & DX11 Launch Options

Added Launch Options for selecting between DX12 or DX11. DX12 supported hardware should see a significant performance improvement. DX11 option will have wider hardware compatibility. If any visual artifacts are noticed using DX12, try switching to DX11 or checking your Graphics hardware's supported Direct X compatibility.
