We have seen reports of launch error with the above prompt for non-English users. The solution is to turn off Windows 11 Smart App Control.

You can follow these steps:

  1. Open Windows Settings
  2. Go to "Privacy & Security".
  3. Click "Windows Security".
  4. Select "App & browser control".
  5. Click "Smart App Control settings".
  6. Choose "Off".
