Dev Comms Thread & Launch Updates | Hell Let Loose: Vietnam

Since launch, we’ve been closely monitoring your reports and feedback, and Hotfix 1 addresses several of the key issues raised by the community over the first few days.

This includes improvements to AMD GPU stability, server stability and availability, the Server Browser, and audio issues affecting players on PlayStation 5.

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to report issues and share feedback with us. This is just the first of our post-launch updates, and the team is continuing to work through the issues and improvements we’ve been tracking since launch.

Hotfix 1 Includes:

  • AMD GPU Stability: Further stability improvements have been implemented for players using AMD GPUs.
  • Additional Official Servers: We’re continuing to roll out additional Official Servers across all regions to help meet player demand.
  • Server Stability: Further server stability fixes have been implemented.
  • Server Browser Improvements: We’ve made several changes to make it easier to identify and join servers with available spaces:
  • The Server Browser will now refresh automatically more frequently to better reflect currently available slots.
  • Full servers will now be hidden from the default server list. You can still find these servers by adjusting your Server Browser filters.
  • The Server Browser algorithm has been updated to prioritize low-ping servers with 80 or fewer players, helping players find servers with available space.
  • Server Crashes: Fixed server crashes that could occur when broadcasting a message via RCON or when using NVA Tunnels.
  • PlayStation 5 Audio: Resolved an issue that could cause audio to cut out for a period of time on PlayStation 5.

What’s Next?

Hotfix 1 is only the first step. Our development team is continuing to investigate and address the other issues you’ve been reporting, and are actively working on more patches that will be releasing in the coming weeks.

We’ll continue to keep this thread updated with the latest information from the development team, including details on upcoming fixes and improvements as they progress.

As always, please continue to share your reports and feedback with us. They play an important role in helping us identify and prioritize the areas that need our attention.

We’ll have more to share soon.
