Join us for Steam Social Deduction Fest
We are excited to share that Cursed Companions is taking part in the Steam's Social Deduction Fest. This festival is all about games where you have to be suspicious of your friends, look for clues, and figure out who is really on your side.
It is the perfect excuse to gather your crew and see who you can actually trust.
Put Your Friends to the Test in Traitor Mode
If you haven't tried it yet, our Traitor Mode fits right into the festival theme. In this mode, one or more players are secretly chosen as traitors.
Here is how the treachery works.:
- The Traitor's Goal: You need to eliminate all the non-traitors without getting caught.
- Cursed Words Knowledge: Traitors can see everyone else's cursed words, giving them a massive advantage.
- Mind Games: Traitors can trick others by giving out curse words, or even cursing themselves to clear their own name and shift the blame.
- The Vote: Non-traitors must work together to observe behavior and vote out the suspect.
- Justice Served: If the group correctly votes out the traitor, the traitor is eliminated by the very words they feared: You Traitor.
