Patch 1.0.9 online: Hide Reticle and Tools for better pictures & minor fixes

Hello,

*Added the ability to toggle the Tools rendering by pressing the mouse wheel.

*Added the option to hide the reticle when Hide Toolbar option is enabled in the main menu.

*Fixed a potential softlock in one of the game's final levels and in Grifton.

*Improved pop-in throughout Grifton, especially around the laundry area.
