HotFix for Freezing in Dialogue/Cutscene and Steam VR start

Hello,

Uploading a little hotfix that fixes SteamVR firing up, and freezing while the camera cuts to another camera particularly in the last level. Also fixes rare case where you can't continue dialogue with a npc when interacted with two input methods.
