Patch Notes - v1.0.8.0
Hello Ascenders,
As we mentioned in our previous patch notes, we received a lot of reports regarding crashes at crucial points - namely when fighting certain bosses. Today's patch resolves the root cause of that issue and we believe this will lead to a better Ascend to ZERO experience for everyone.
We apologize for the issues that have occurred. Rest assured that we will continue to fix things up as quickly as possible and continue to shape the best Ascend to ZERO experience. A lot of this has been possible due to the community providing reports and flagging up potential issues. - Fixed an issue where in certain circumstances, the game may crash during/immediately after specific boss fights.
- Fixed an issue where the game may crash while swapping specific weapons.
- Fixed an issue where the Spear AR weapon registers more hits than originally intended.

Known Issues
- There is an issue when picking up Slot Module chips, the description does not state which slot the Slot Module chip affects.
- There is an issue where after defeating the penultimate boss of the game in Stage 4, if time is paused for too long during the ending cutscene, the dialogue sequence repeats.
- There is an issue in certain circumstances when the Time Machine upgrades are reset through Gabriella, the saved Time Machine loadout may not be adjustable.
- There is an issue in certain Tech Chip selection screens where certain Tech Chips do not have the correct VFX.
- There is an issue where in certain circumstances on Stage 4, enemies fall through the floor preventing progress.
- There is an issue where after achieving the true ending, the correct dialogue does not play in certain circumstances.
- There is an issue where certain Tech Chips' SFX are louder than intended.
- There is an issue where attacking the training dummy while having the 'Sealed Diary' equipped initially deals 1 damage after the first stun. Once the stun is applied again, the damage returns to normal.
- There is an issue where certain Weapon Tech Chips' stacked effected reset when unequipping and re-equipping the Weapon Tech Chips.
- There is an issue where in certain circumstances, pressing Tab causes the UI to not function as intended.
- There is an issue if the "Auto Equip/Pick Up Items" is enabled and an item is dropped, then the "Auto Equip/Pick Up Items" option is turned off, the item can no longer be picked up.
- There is an issue where dashing into certain areas of the map may cause the player to remain stuck.
- There is an issue where in certain circumstances, damage cannot be dealt as intended to enemies.
- There is an issue where if the Inventory key is remapped to Tab, other Tab-related key bindings are not updated as intended.
- There is an issue where the intro scenes do not progress as intended.
- There is an issue where in specific circumstances the V-Sync feature does not work as intended.
- There is an issue where in certain circumstances, weapons do not reload as intended.
- There is an issue where during specific special encounters, in specific circumstances certain bosses may spawn in a way that prevents progress.
